Setup Guide for Convbox Plan
To ensure accurate tracking and analysis of your site’s conversion data, follow these essential setup steps:
Convbox reports begin accumulating data from the moment you subscribe to the plan. Conversion data generated before your subscription will not be included and should not be used as a reference.
Remove Existing Pixels: If you've previously installed other Pixel plugins, delete any redundant Pixels to avoid event duplication and ensure data accuracy. Learn how to remove duplicate tracking codes.
In the top right corner of the Convbox app, click on the “Integrations” menu to view the list of supported media platforms for authorization.
Once authorization is successful, proceed to the site settings page, select the “Ad account” option, and check all ad accounts used for advertising on the current site.
Note: Please ensure that you select all ad accounts used for advertising on the current site; otherwise, Convbox will not be able to correctly synchronize and track conversion data from the ad backend.
To maintain accurate Convbox reports, use the provided UTM templates in the URL Builder for Ads, Email, and Affiliate channels. For Influencer, Social, and PR/Blogs channels, generate custom tracking links as needed.
