Step 1: Install the Omnitrack App

Step 3: Initial Setup

1) Enter the Omnitrack app. 2) In the left-side menu, locate and click on "Event Monitor." 3) In the "Event Realtime Monitor" module, you'll see the server event records from the last 2 hours. You can compare this data with the actual events to ensure everything is working correctly.

The attribution method may be different. One platform may have a conversion window of 30 days while another one may have a conversion window of 90 days.

Some platforms have last-click attribution while others use first-click.

Another service reporting conversions may be combining organic and paid conversions. Your platform's dashboard will only show paid conversions.

Ad blockers block almost every conversion tag from firing. A portion of your visitors are probably using ad blockers which can skew the conversion count.

OmniTrack offers an advanced option that you can use to modify the Purchase value that is sent with all Purchase events.

The standard value reporting sends the full amount that the customer paid with each Purchase event. So that includes the price for the products, taxes, shipping, and takes into consideration any coupon discounts that were applied.

It's very simple: The Purchase value shows what the customer paid at checkout.

If you wish, you can enter a percentage value in the advanced settings tab to report a reduced value amount instead of the full value (100% = default).
