# 为什么要在 Facebook的流量权限中将我们的 Shopify 商店域名列入白名单？

相信大部分安装了Convbox Tracking产品的用户，都是希望通过Convbox Tracking将像素事件正确得发送给第三方平台（比如：Facebook）。但通常情况下，还会安装其他APP来运营自己的商店，可能这些APP也可以触发像素事件，但他们做的并不完整，所以会影响用户投放广告的效果。这个时候，需要在Facebook Events Manager中检查像素代码是否安装在正确的网站中，如果发现有不熟悉的域名，那么很有可能，广告投放效果不佳是由于这些域名导致的。所以，需要将您网站的域名添加到Traffic permissions的白名单中。

### 如何在Facebook Events Manager中检查像素代码是否安装在正确的网站中，并且将网站域名添加到Traffic permissions的白名单？

1. 前往 [Facebook Events Manager](https://www.facebook.com/events_manager2), 请确保您以登录并选择企业账户。

2. 在Overview页面，点击右侧的Websites

3. 在Websites弹框中，你可以检查一下是否除了商店的域名之外，还有其他域名。如果其他域名是您熟悉的或者拥有的，那就没有问题。比如，在下图中，只有rto-ch.myshopify.com是正确的商店域名

4. 进入Settings页面，滚动页面至底部，在Traffic permissions中点击 **"Create allow list" **下拉列表，点击** "Create allow list" **选项

5. 在Top domain traffic中点击"Add to allow list" 或者在"Enter a domain"中输入域名

6. 如果确认没有问题，您可以点击Confirm按钮。

7. 您可以选择继续将其他域名添加到白名单中，如果完成所有域名的添加，点击Colse按钮。

8. 添加完成后，您可以编辑或删除添加到白名单中的域名。
