# 如何检查我的Facebook像素是否正常工作？

有三种方法可以检查像素事件是否在您的商店里正常触发：
* 使用App内的Event Monitor功能检查服务器事件是否正常触发
* 安装 Facebook Pixel Helper 的 Google Chrome 扩展程序测试浏览器事件
* 使用 Facebook 的“Test Events”测试服务器事件

下面详细说明这三种方法：

### 1.使用App内的Event Monitor功能检查服务器事件是否正常触发
1）进入Convbox Tracking app；
2）在左侧菜单中，找到并点击“Event Monitor”；
3）在“Event Realtime Monitor”模块中，您将看到最近2小时内的服务器事件记录。您可以与实际情况进行对比，确保一切正常。

### 2.安装 Facebook Pixel Helper 的 Google Chrome 扩展程序测试浏览器事件

您可以从 Chrome 的商店安装 Facebook Pixel Helper 的 Google Chrome 扩展程序，并在浏览器上测试像素的浏览器事件，看看您是否遗漏了其中的任何事件，或者查看是否出现任何警告。

### 3.使用 Facebook 的“Test Events”测试服务器事件

1）进入您的Facebook广告账户，并进入“事件管理器”（Events Manager）。
2）在左侧菜单中，选择您的像素。
3）单击像素名称以进入像素设置页面。
4）在像素设置页面，选择“测试事件”（Test Events）选项。在下图所示位置找到Test Code后复制粘贴到App中，完成后该Pixel将进入测试模式。

5）在您的店铺走一遍模拟下单的过程（完成支付），那么在此过程中触发的所有浏览器+服务器事件均会展示在Test Events页面上。您还可以点击查看具体事件明细，以进行事件信息核对。
