# Convbox Tracking 会将哪些客户信息发送到 Facebook？

Convbox Tracking会尽可能将访问您的商店的客户的所有信息上传给Facebook，如下图中的 Coverage 部分。

Convbox Tracking上传了12项客户信息给Facebook，而在右侧的 Recommendation中，Facebook建议还要上传4项客户信息，其中”External ID”这项客户信息Convbox Tracking 也会传给Facebook，但需要您的商店有用户登录功能。如果用户登录账号后，那么Convbox Tracking就会将”External ID”传给Facebook。

关于Facebook Login ID、Date of Birth和Gender这3项客户信息，Convbox Tracking是无法上传给Facebook的，因为Shopify无法提供这些客户信息。
