# 什么是Convbox Tracking 自动补单？

当您安装Convbox Tracking app后，Convbox Tracking将会每天自动监测和对比通过Convbox Tracking发送给第三方平台（比如：Facebook）的Purchase事件数量与您当天Shopify店铺的订单量。如果监测当天发送给第三方的Purchase事件数量低于Shopify店铺的订单量，那么，Convbox Tracking会通过Order ID将缺失的Purchase事件正确补发给第三方平台。

当然，上述情况通常不会发生。但为了保障事件发送给第三方平台时不会由于不可抗力的原因导致遗漏，Convbox Tracking提供了这种自动补单的功能。

您可能无法感知，但它一定是存在的。
