Start Setup

Go to Convbox Retention → Klaviyo Flow Enrich in the Convbox menu and click the button to start the setup.

Connect Klaviyo

Convbox offers two ways to connect your Klaviyo account.

The easiest option is to authorize your Klaviyo account by just clicking the Connect button and click Allow in the Klaviyo authorization pop-up. To use this method, you must be logged in to Klaviyo and have permission to manage Flows.

If you don't have the required account or permissions, you can ask your Klaviyo administrator to help that connect using an API key.

Review and Clone Flows

After connected, Convbox will scan your existing abandonment Flows in Klaviyo. You can review the available Flows and choose which ones to clone. You can also start with a single Flow, evaluate the revenue lift, and add more Flows later.

Hover over View Details to see how Convbox will clone the selected Flow and set up the necessary conditions to prevent the new Flow from conflicting with the original Flow.
After clicking Clone Flow, Convbox will create a new Flow and send the corresponding supplemental events to trigger it.

Preview and Activate

You can see the generated Flows in Convbox page. These Flows will remain in Draft status and will not start working until you preview the flow and email content in Klaviyo, confirm everything looks correct, and click Activate.

Click the Activate button to open the Flow settings page in Klaviyo. Follow the steps below to preview the Flow settings and email content, then activate the Flow once everything looks good.

• Review the Flow Trigger and Trigger filters.

Preview the email content to make sure everything is displayed correctly, especially that Evnet/product properties are rendering properly.

Then click Review and turn on button at Flow edit page, and click Save. That's it!

Measure Revenue Lift

When users trigger the Flows, you can view the revenue generated in either Klaviyo or Convbox, and compare the results with your original Flow.
