Add Impact's `Account SID` and `Auth Token` in Convbox to sync Impact data to the Convbox attribution dashboard for more comprehensive data analysis. # Steps 1. **Log in to the Impact management platform** Visit the Impact platform [login](https://app.impact.com/) page, enter your account credentials, and complete the login. 2. **Go to the Settings page** Click on **Account** in the upper right corner of the Impact management platform, then select **Settings**. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/b/f/9/2/bf925fddbcd2e800/image_8524jf.png =800x382) 3. **Enter the API page** Find the **Technical** section on the Settings page and click **API**. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/b/f/9/2/bf925fddbcd2e800/image_1ubh9dt.png =600x607) 4. **Create an Access Token** Click the **Create Access Token** button on the Access Token page. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/b/f/9/2/bf925fddbcd2e800/image_vnpswp.png) 5. **Enter token description** In the **Setup** step, fill in **Token Name**, **Description**, and leave **API Version** at the default option.
