# How to Add Convbox as your Klaviyo Partner？

Add Convbox as a Partner to your Klaviyo account, so the Convbox team can access and understand your email performance and better track the impact of Flow enhancements.

# Step 1

In the bottom-left corner of the Klaviyo interface, click your account to open the Settings page. Then go to Account → Users.

# Step 2

Click “Add new user” and add [support@rto.ai](mailto:support@rto.ai) as an Admin in the pop-up window. Once completed, please make sure to notify the Convbox team.

# Step 3

Shortly after, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Klaviyo. Just follow the link in the email to complete the confirmation.
