# Connect Facebook Ad Account

Integrating Facebook Ads with Convbox helps you comprehensively analyze campaign performance and obtain more accurate ROI data, enabling data-driven optimization of your advertising strategy and budget allocation.
Follow the steps below to connect your Facebook Ads account.

# Step 1. Start Integration

Login to your Convbox, find the Integration in the top right menu and click.

# Step 2. Add Facebook Connection

Click the Connect button to start Facebook Authorization

| Note: Before clicking the "Connect" button, please ensure that your currently logged-in Facebook account has administrative permissions for current store's ad account.

# Step 3. Complete Facebook Authorization 

After clicking the "Connect" button, you will be redirected to Facebook's authorization page. Please follow the instructions to complete the authorization process. This will grant Convbox permission to access your permitted Facebook ad accounts and related advertising reports.

|| Please make sure to select the permissions for the related Business Manager (BM) and Facebook Page. Otherwise, the authorization may fail.


# Step 4. Connect Ad Account

After completing authorization on Facebook's interface, you will be automatically redirected back to Convbox. Please select the ad account of your current store in the ad account list, and click the "Link To Store" button to complete the connecting process.

Once linked, you can view your connected Facebook Ads account under **Online Store Settings** **→** **Ad Account**. To change your ad account, click the Link Ad Account button to select and link a new one.
