# Can Tags Be Created in Batches?

## Batch Tag Creation Guide

When you need to set up numerous tags, manual creation can be time-consuming. Here’s how to streamline the process: provide us with your desired tags in the format below, and we’ll handle bulk creation or updates for you.

**Format Example**:

| Tag Name | Group Name | Campaign Name Contains | Ad Set Name Contains | Ad Name Contains | Asset File Name Contains |

| Internal Video | Creative Source |  |  | Internal, inhouse |  |

**How It Works**:

In the example above, the "Internal Video" tag applies to ads where:

* Ad names include "Internal" **or** "inhouse"
* No campaign/ad set name conditions specified

### Handling Naming Inconsistencies

1. **Case Insensitivity**:
If your ads use inconsistent capitalization (e.g., "Inhouse", "inhouse", "INHOUSE"), just enter "Inhouse" in the relevant field. Tag rules automatically ignore case differences.

1. **Synonym Management**:
For terms with the same meaning (e.g., "inhouse" and "internal" both referring to in-house creatives), list all synonyms separated by commas (e.g., "inhouse, internal") in the appropriate column.
