How to find the Facebook Access Token?

Step 1. Assign the dataset to the Conversions API system user

Go to Facebook Business Manage make sure you log in and choose your business account.
In Business Manager, go to the Users section and select the System User tab. Click on the specific system user you are using for the Conversions API.

Go to the Assign Asset dialog and choose Datsets. Then, select the pixels you want to send events on behalf of.

For each pixel, select the Manage Pixel permission, and click Save Changes.

Go back to your system user's details page. Verify that the selected pixels are visible there.

Step 2. To generate the access token

Go to Facebook Events Manager, make sure you log in and choose your business account.

Choose the Pixel ID you want to set up conversion API.

Go to Settings, scroll down and click Generate access token under Conversions API section.

Make sure the Pixel you selected appears in the list, then click Generate access token.

Notes: If the Pixel does not appear in the list, please first check the following two points.

Whether the first step of the setup has been completed.

Please confirm whether the currently logged-in business account is the owner of this pixel.

Copy the token appearing, make sure you save it somewhere else as Facebook won't store it.
