Review Event Tracking
1. Feature Overview
Omnitrack integrates with various popular review tools to enable review event tracking. This feature helps you comprehensively record customer review behaviors and send this data back to media platforms for more accurate customer behavior analysis, optimized ad strategies, and improved remarketing performance.
Currently Supported Review Events:
ViewComment: When customers view product reviews on your store, this event is automatically triggered and sent to the Facebook media platform in real-time.
Note: Currently, ViewComment events can only be sent to Facebook. Other media platforms do not yet support review event tracking.

Note: If your review tool is not on this list, feel free to contact us, We will prioritize integration based on user feedback.
Online Support: Use the live chat option in the Omnitrack app.

3. How to Enable Review Event Tracking
3.1 Check Your Review Tool
Ensure your Shopify store uses a review tool from the supported list above. If unsure, check the installed apps in your Shopify admin.
3.2 Enable Review Event Tracking
Log in to the Omnitrack app dashboard.
Click the Pixel menu and select the Facebook Pixel for which you want to enable review events.
In the Event Settings page, check the box for the View Comment event option.
Click Save to complete the setup.

1. What if my review tool is not supported?
You can contact us via the following methods, We will evaluate user feedback and prioritize the integration accordingly.
Online Support: Use the live chat option in the Omnitrack app to submit your review tool name.
Email Support: Send an email to support@rto.ai.
2. How can I confirm that event data is successfully sent to the media platform?
Log in to your media ad account and check the event reports to see if ViewComment data is included.
If the data is not displayed, please verify your Pixel configuration or contact Omnitrack support for assistance.
3. Are there any subscription requirements for enabling review events?
The review event tracking is currently available only for Convbox Enterprise Plan subscribers. Other subscription plans do not support this feature.
